Biography

 

Mark Carson is Director of Customer Experience and Quality for Renault Middle East covering 14 countries throughout the MENA and Levant region and has been based in the Dubai Office for the past 10 years.

 

Having successfully completed his automotive and engineering degree Mark joined Renault UK. Prior to moving to the Middle East, he was responsible for Network Field Quality and Government Liaison and was actively involved in the introduction of Renault’s Electric Vehicle program into the UK market. Upon moving to the region he undertook the responsibility of the Electric Vehicle durability testing program to ensure all products were  fit for market introduction in the Middle East.

 

As Customer Experience and Quality Director, Mark is responsible for the  customer journey delivered in each country along with product quality. He is responsible for the testing of all new products under local conditions to ensure they meet regional requirements.

 

Mark is an appointed steering committee member of the C.E.B.C,  Future Mobility Club and is fully committed to Future Mobility which will reshape the automotive industry and the way we provide new and existing services to our customers and the challenges this will present us with.
